To help with this aim, we have joined up with the secure credit card processing professionals known as PayPal and have prepared this page to help you understand the process of how to make a purchase through SUNRISE/PayPal for any of the products we offer.

Online credit card
Step 1 - Make sure your internet browser can accept cookies
Make sure your Internet browser can accept cookies or you will not be able to make your order. This is necessary for PayPal to store relevant information about your product selection made through SUNRISE prior to going through the checkout stage.
Enabling cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer
To enable cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer, go into Tools --> Internet Options for PC users; or Edit --> Preferences for Macintosh users. Search down the menu list on the left of the Internet Explorer Preferences dialog box until you find the word "Cookies". In the cookies section, where it says, "When receiving cookies:", please select from the pop-up menu "Never ask". Click the OK button when finished.
Enabling cookies in Apple Safari
Under the Safari menu, choose Preferences. Click the Security tab. To accept cookies, choose "Always". Close the window to save your preferences.
Enabling cookies in Netscape Navigator
For Netscape users, please go to Edit --> Preferences. The Preferences dialog box will appear. In the menu list on the left, click on "Advanced". You will see in the Preferences dialog box three radio button options for how to accept cookies. Select the radio button that says "Accept all cookies". Click the OK button when you have finished.
Step 2 - Select your product
Fortunately we have made this part easy for you. Just return to the home page and you will see our products.
Step 3 - Revealing the order form
After clicking on your product, the order form and additional information about the product will be displayed. It is arranged with product features at the right, the graphic icon of the product and additional information on the left, and the price(s) together with the order button(s) for purchasing the product on the right.
Step 4 - How to make an order
When you find a product of interest to you, look to the right side of the window (3). You will see one or more greyish buttons with text written inside of them. If you see extra buttons, don't panic! These extra buttons help us to know precisely how you would like to receive your product (ie. whether you want us to send the registration number online via email, or have a CD delivered through the post).
Where there are multiple buttons, look at the codes in the buttons themselves. Now glance over to the right side of the window. There should be similar codes written there with information on what they mean. Or look in the product information at the centre of the window. There should be some clues to help make your selection.
For example, if you see the code OL in one of the buttons, this means the product is deliverable online (ie. all you have to do is make your purchase and then download your product immediately). Similarly, if you prefer us to send you a CD of your chosen product (by express airmail), choose the buttons with the code CD inside them.
Easy, isn't it? Okay, let's click on the button of your choice! You will see a pop-up window showing your shopping cart (in an electronic format) and the item you have selected after pressing your button choice added to it. For example,
Do you wish to purchase greater quantities of a particular item in the shopping cart? All you have to do is change the number inside the small box under the Quantity column and click the Update Cart button.
Step 5 - Specify your quantity
Repeat Steps 2 to 4 inclusive for any other items you wish to purchase. Click the SUNRISE logo at the top of the page to get back to the home page and make additional product selections from there. Your cookies will retain information about your previous purchase.
Do you want to remove an item from your order? No worries. Press the "Click Here" button at the bottom of the home page. You will be shown your shopping cart by PayPal with all the items you have selected so far. To remove items, put a tick in the small grey box in the Remove column and click the Update Cart button.
Step 6 - Check shopping cart
Finished with your selection and ready tp buy? Press the "Click Here" button at the bottom of the home page. You will see your shopping cart with all your selected items.
Step 7 - Making the purchase
Now you are ready to buy. While viewing your shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be shown another page where you can enter your name, credit card details and your shipping address (if necessary).
If you are not sure how secure this part of the purchasing process is, look at the bottom left-hand corner of your browser window. You should see a picture that looks like a padlock. Alternatively, the web address used by the credit card processing company to obtain your personal details should begin with https://. You will know the page is secure if the ring on the padlock is closed or the address has https:// in it.
While this padlock is closed or the address starts with https://, there is virtually no way another person can access your credit card details (not even SUNRISE) except yourself (you are viewing your own data) and the credit card processing company handling the transaction (they have to know in order to process your purchase).
If you need further reassurance about this process, you should bear in mind the transaction you make through PayPal is actually more safer than contacting the credit card processing company by telephone and giving out your credit card details to an employee. And to top it all off, the credit card processing company we have chosen employs the latest and most comprehensive fraud protection systems in the business.
This is how secure your transaction is.
Step 8 - Finishing the purchase
Once you've successfully completed the transaction, you should receive a receipt number and other details summarising the transaction you have just made. Make a print-out of this page for your own records. We will receive your shipping address (ie. an email address or a physical address of some sort) if you have entered your relevant information with PayPal. So all you have to do is wait (if shouldn't be too long).
With this information, we can fufill your order in an expedient manner.

If you prefer to make a transaction by cheque or money order, please write on the back of the cheque the name of the product you want to purchase and your delivery address.

Step 4 - Patience is a virtue!
We recommend allowing up to 5 working days to process personal cheques and another 3 to 10 working days for delivery of CDs depending on your location (please note that international orders will usually take longer to deliver than orders made locally and nationally).
Want to reduce the delivery and processing time? Try ordering our online (software) products instead. Delivery time is virtually non-existent since we only need to send you the registration numbers to activate the software products.

Step 2 - Tell us what you want by email
Please notify us of the transaction and the product you want to purchase by email. You will need to give us details of the transaction so we can identify the product against our bank records. Then we can immediately send you the product (or registration number).
